Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a contemporary adaptation of traditional Pilates that blends classic core-strengthening principles with modern fitness and biomechanics research. Jenna’s Fitness Pilates classes are deeply informed by her own extensive experience with mat-based work, which she has used to recover from injury, build lasting strength, and move through mental blocks. She brings this understanding into her teaching with a mindful and inclusive approach, meeting each client where they are while encouraging steady progress. Jenna balances care with challenge—guiding her students to discover their physical capabilities, cultivate resilience, and grow stronger and more confident on the mat.
Contemporary Dance

Jenna’s contemporary dance classes welcome all ages and levels, offering a rich blend of techniques including release, floorwork, Graham, Cunningham, Limón, Laban, and more. Her teaching goes beyond learning steps—she encourages participants to truly dance them, seeing performance as an ongoing practice rather than a single event. Challenging the idea of the “TikTok dancer” who moves for one front-facing screen, Jenna embraces a three-dimensional, full-body approach to movement, inviting students to explore space, depth, and expression with confidence and creativity.
Dance Fit

Dance Fit is inspired by classic aerobics but reimagined with a modern twist. The class uses sensorially satisfying movement patterns that are repeated and developed to elevate the heart rate while sharpening focus and presence. Set in a high-energy environment with a house and disco soundtrack, Dance Fit invites participants to move together in rhythm while also finding their own individual groove, blending collective energy with personal expression.
Barre

Barre Fitness blends the precision of ballet-inspired movement with the strength and conditioning principles of Pilates and functional training. Jenna’s classes focus on small, controlled movements that build muscular endurance, improve posture, and develop core stability. With a mindful yet challenging approach, she creates an uplifting environment where participants can tone, strengthen, and discover new levels of body awareness, all while enjoying the empowering flow of music-driven movement.
Improvisation

Jenna’s improvisation classes draw from contemporary dance, voice, physical theatre, and comedy/clown to create a playful and exploratory space. She invites participants of all levels to experiment, take risks, and discover new ways of expressing themselves through movement and performance. The focus is less on “getting it right” and more on staying curious, present, and open to possibility. With her supportive guidance, students are encouraged to move beyond habits, tap into creativity, and enjoy the freedom of improvisation as both an art form and a practice of self-discovery.
Mentorship & 1:1

Jenna offers all of her classes in a 1:1 format, giving you the chance to move, learn, and grow with her full attention and support. She knows that every body is different, dance and exercise are never one-size-fits-all. Our bodies carry our stories, from past injuries to current challenges, as well as our hopes for the future, and Jenna approaches this with care, curiosity, and creativity. In 1:1 sessions, she’ll work closely with you to build a flexible movement plan that feels supportive, achievable, and inspiring. Jenna also offers mentorship for young performers, creating a safe and encouraging space to sharpen performance skills, strengthen resilience, and nurture confidence both on and off stage.
